Nude Luxe – Shipping Policy

At Nude Luxe, we strive to ensure every order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.

By placing an order with Nude Luxe, you agree to the shipping terms below.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer nationwide shipping within South Africa.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped using Aramex Store to Door or a trusted courier partner selected by Nude Luxe.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be extended during:

• Promotional periods;
• Public holidays;
• High order volumes;
• Unexpected operational delays.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time is:

7-10 business days nationwide

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.

Courier Delays

While Nude Luxe works closely with our courier providers, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, including but not limited to:

• Weather disruptions;
• High courier volumes;
• Strikes;
• Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer;
• Remote area delays;
• Operational disruptions beyond our control.

Customers acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Nude Luxe will not be responsible for:

• Orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer;
• Failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details;
• Additional shipping costs arising from incorrect information.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where applicable.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched, where available.

Courier tracking updates are managed by the courier provider and may occasionally experience delays or inaccuracies outside of Nude Luxe’s control.
